 This listing is for our standard size soap dish 2.75" x 4" x .75" in your choice of natural hardwood poplar, red alder or American cherry.

This soap dish is specially designed to have minimal surface area to minimize the sticking of the soap. The wide angled channels allow the water to quickly drain for the soap, extending the life of the soap. This allows your soap to dry quicker, extending the life to the soap by up to 50%

Poplar wood is a fast growing sustainable hardwood that grows in abundance here in North America, and it performs exceptionally well with water and moisture exposure. Poplar wood varies in color from white cream to light minty green.

Red alder is a lighter weight wood very similar in density to poplar. Alder has a beautiful red wood grain very similar in color to cherry wood.

American cherry is a real sign of luxury...a heavy hardwood that finishes exceptionally smooth to the touch...the weightiness of this soap dish feels substantial in hand, and the beautiful warm red wood grain does not disappoint. American cherry wood will darken and become richer in color over time and with exposure to light.
